By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to the return and refund procedures described below. 

Return Eligibility Criteria 

To qualify for a return: 

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging 
     
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must accompany the returned product 
     
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any manner are not eligible for return 
     
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support team 
     
  • Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected 

How to Submit a Return 

  • Submit Your Request: Email your return request including Order ID and reason to miravonecomprivatelimited@gmail.com. 
     
  • Provide Proof: Attach clear photos for defective, damaged, or incorrect items to facilitate faster processing 
     
  • Follow Instructions: Once approved, you will receive detailed steps for completing the return 

Note: Returns failing to meet the above criteria may be declined at our discretion. 

Refund Procedure & Timeline 

  • Returned items are inspected to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria 
     
  • You will receive a notification confirming whether the refund has been approved or denied 
     
  • Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days 
     
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is successfully processed 

Partial Refunds 

If a returned item only partially meets return requirements (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.  

Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items 

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery 
     
  • Attach clear photos or videos of the issue and email to miravonecomprivatelimited@gmail.com for faster resolution
